Allen Lin – Acquisition Analyst

Allen joined Catalyst as our Acquisition Analyst in 2023 where he is responsible for underwriting and analyzing multifamily assets.  Allen is a passionate financial analyst with a varied background in investments and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Before joining Catalyst Equity Partners, Allen worked as a Multifamily Investment Sales Associate at a top-tier Commercial Real Estate brokerage. He also gained valuable experience at a respected hedge fund where he specialized in in-depth research on deep value stocks, developing a keen eye for spotting opportunities in the financial markets.

Allen holds a BS in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
