Mark Kappelman – Financial Controller

Mark is our Financial Controller at Catalyst and has been assisting in the review of all property level financial statements across our portfolio. Mark has significant experience with Big-4 Accounting as well as business operations through various ventures. Mark is passionate about real estate and solving back-office accounting issues to help drive our business forward.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree as well as a Master of Accounting degree from Arizona State University. Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
