Narci Mejia – Construction Manager

Narci is the Construction Manager at Catalyst. He joined the team in 2021. He has been in the multifamily maintenance and construction business for over 15 years.

His responsibilities include capex budgeting and due diligence during the acquisition phase, and planning, coordinating, and supervision of all capex implementation work post-acquisition. Narci has a great ability to accurately create scopes of work and budgets as well as a strong network of vendors to execute capital projects.
