Prashant Satoskar – Managing Partner

Prashant is the co-founder of Catalyst Equity Partners. Prashant comes from a technology & business background. He has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and real estate. Prior to getting into real estate, he was the president of Northway Solutions Group, a successful IT consulting company. He started investing in real estate in 2005 in single-family rentals. He expanded into Multifamily in 2015 and is currently focused on bringing great investment opportunities to investors.

Prashant is currently involved in all aspects of Catalyst Equity Partners business with a focus on acquisitions and asset management. He acts as the boots on the ground for several of the assets and leverages his deep vendor relationships and management skills to help execute our business plans.

Prashant has a Bachelors and Masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
