Wesley Peters – Senior Asset Manager

Wesley is the Senior Asset Manager at Catalyst. He joined Catalyst in 2021. Wesley’s primary focus is to manage the end-to-end business plan execution for our assets both individually and portfolio-wide. This includes managing construction projects, property operations, bottom-line cash flow / financials, and capital events.

Wesley has over 5 years of hands-on multifamily asset management experience and has overseen $25M+ in capital improvement projects. Additionally, he has been involved in over 15 capital events totaling $300M in proceeds.

Wesley holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Texas A&M located in College Station, Texas.
